Regional Sales Representative (US/New York Metropolitan area)

Responsible for successfully selling enterprise software solutions within the Nlyte software suite. Duties will include identifying business opportunities within your assigned territory; navigating complex sales scenarios from both an end user perspective as well as through our channel partner program, the ability to effectively communicate Nlyte’s value add message to our customers, giving impactful presentations; preparing formal proposals; negotiations within a complex decision-making process; and overcoming objections to close sales. The Sales Representative is an expert in our field keeping up on trends in the industry and maintaining a strong knowledge of offered solutions and upholding software and team objectives through internal communication.

Level 2 Support Engineer

The Level 2 Support Engineer will focus on the technology foundation required to support Nlyte application suite and the environments on which it is installed as well as the enterprise-wide applications (such as VCenter, HP UCMDB, Service Now etc…) that integrate with it. The typical Level 2 Support Engineer individuals should have a number of years operating as a Senior System Administrator for large organizations as well as skills in supporting Enterprise applications (such as ERP systems etc...), Databases, onsite communications equipment, storage, and related software, Data Center Technology & Operations, problem management, service desk, and change management The Level 2 Engineer should also have a deep understanding and ability to troubleshoot communication issues with Modbus, SNMP and BACnet protocols.
